1. About LeilFinanz

LeilFinanz is a technology platform that helps you plan, fund and manage your move to Germany. LeilFinanz is not a bank and does not itself hold or safeguard customer funds. Blocked accounts and custody of funds are provided by a regulated banking or payment partner. Insurance, loan, scholarship, admission and employment services are provided by their respective third-party providers and institutions.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We may verify your identity and screen applications to meet legal obligations, and may decline or pause a service where required.

3. Services & providers

Some services are delivered by regulated partners or third-party providers under their own terms, which you will be asked to accept where applicable. LeilFinanz does not guarantee visa approval, university admission, employment, loan approval or scholarship awards. Outcomes depend on the relevant authorities, institutions and providers.

4. Fees

Applicable fees are shown before you commit and are itemised separately from any amount you block. Fees, refunds and any partner charges are governed by the fee schedule in force at the time, which is versioned and available on request.

5. Blocked funds

Funds you transfer to a blocked account are held by the regulated partner under the applicable restrictions. Release of funds follows the approved monthly schedule after your arrival and activation. You cannot withdraw blocked principal outside the approved schedule.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LeilFinanz is not liable for the acts, omissions or decisions of regulated partners, providers, institutions or public authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated and versioned, and the version applicable to your services will be recorded.
